Children's Outpatient Placement at UHCW (University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire) (2024-02)

An opportunity to carry out observations on patients and ensuring to document within the hospitals policy.

• Working as a team player and gaining skills learnt within clinical practise at university such as aseptic techniques, importance of documentation, and reporting any signs of deterioration as well as concerns

Health Visiting Placement at SWFT Chelmsley Wood (2024-07)

A different opportunity of nursing, working with health visitors, to provide support to families at their door steps.

Children Ward Placement at New Cross Hospital (2024-10 – 2024-12)

First experience on ward with hand on experience in taking observations for deteriorating patients.

• Recognising patients with higher pews score and escalating concerns within trust policy
