I am responsible for the daily management of the restaurant including managing staff (kitchen and restaurant), rotas, stock taking and ordering of supplies as well as budgeting. I am also responsible for all Health and Safety within the restaurant, including storage and disposal of food as per HSE guidelines. I am also a qualifed First Aider.
Additionally my role would involve training of new staff members as well as looking after the needs of the customers and ensuring good customer relations at all times. The maintaince of good customer service is paramount in maintaining a smooth running restaurant and I am familiar with all aspects of dealing with the demands of the general public. I am also familiar with working unsocialable, shift hours.
