My duties as a community manager include (but not limited to):

• Managing a team of Discord moderators
• Creating and managing content calendars for social media
• Setting up and maintaining Discord bots
• Posting patch-notes, updates and announcements to relevant channels
• Managing the game community from different platforms
• Hosting events, games and giveaways within Discord, Telegram and Twitter
• Consistently engage with community and actively respond to and answer community queries
• Delegating tasks to other team members
• Assisting in any admin work
• Maintaining a support system for the community

Higher National Diploma in music.
