I have many years of experience in customer facing roles working for Dutch Tour Operators and in my previous role as a sales & marketing executive / training executive for a technology company and receptionist.
In addition, I also gained several years of B>B and B>C customer service experience of dealing with pre-sales queries, quotes and product advise, attending customer events and organising & attending exhibitions, trade shows. Over the last 12 years I have gained experience translating documents such as manuals, website content, articles and more from English to Dutch (v.v)
I can work on my own initiative and as part of a team in a pressurised working environment. I possess good communication, organisational and people skills as well as problem solving and language skills.
