I have been working with customers for last 7 years. My main focus is to understand customer needs, communicate them to the teams on site and coordinate the teams to meet customer rquirements. It is important to me that the job I do is needed and appreciated. My main skills are clear communication, attention to detail and organization. I also work with some data analysis using Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables.
I have been working woth my current employer for 8 years where I started as Labpratory Technician, moved to QC and ate to the shipping team where I coordinated shipling process for all orders amd free samples. Afterv4 years I was offered a position of Global Customer Advocate. The position is a customer focused role which I really enjoy and I am looking into further progression in this direction.
Since my role is a global role my manager is based abroad and I manage my own workload and my daily tasks unsupervised. I work very well in the team as well as on my own managing projects.
I have MSc in Agrobusiness and Lean Six Sigma Green belt.
