Employed by the Inaer Group to manage a newly acquired Helicopter Maintenance facility in the UK. In November 2010, also appointed as Managing Director for Inaer Ireland Finance Ltd, a newly formed Group company providing Financing to other Group entities for acquisitions. During 2012 part of the Management team working in the Restructuring of the Spanish Group of companies, acting as Logistics Director for Inaer Maintenance Spain during the restructuring process.

Worldwide leading supplier of aluminium and composite spars to the marine industry.
Initially in charge of the relocation of the business to a purpose built factory, establishing requirements, budgets and schedules.
Responsible for general management of the composites department. Setting up investment budgets. Supervising production and purchasing management. Liaising and training of an international Sales Team. Leading a team of Design Engineers to design composite spars to specific customer requirements. Providing technical support to the production team.

Carbospars SL (Spain), Design Engineer, Production and Personnel Manager
Superyacht spar manufacturer. Provider of re-fit and repair service.
Initially responsible for the planning of the new factory in Mallorca, Spain. Dealt with Architects and Build Managers. Recruited all new office and production staff. Managed training of workshop personnel.
While maintaining a role as Design Engineer, I managed production and supervised the purchasing team. Project Managers worked under my supervision in order to monitor complex build projects. I was also involved in Sales, particularly with the superyacht repair and maintenance service.

Carbospars Ltd (UK), Composites Design Engineer
Composite spar manufacturer for one-off racing superyachts.
Initially employed as Design Engineer, I quickly progressed to manage all AeroRig® projects, liaising with customer in order to establish requirements, monitoring of project throughmanufacture and finally commissioning the spars and providing customer training and technical support.
