Marc Dunatan

I am a friendly, hard working, extremely reliable person who will happily work in a team environment or work alone, inside or out. I take a lot of pride in whatever I do and will apply myself 100% to anything that is asked of me. I am technically minded and a keen problem solver who prefers the hands-on approach.

I am always willing to do any training etc to better myself in my roles. Currently my role in logistics includes asset management, auditing, delivery of goods and expo equipment, basic vehicle maintenance, general warehouse duties. I have also been involved in decommissioning of IT equipment.

I have worked as a supervisor and an assistant manager in the past, so I have plenty of experience leading and motivating a team. I lead from the front and don't feel any job is below me. I was also a farm hand so had lots of experience doing manual work, general maintenance and have used Telehandlers and tractors etc.

I have a counterbalance and narrow aisle forklift licence. I have held an SC clearance for 5 yrs for my current role. I also have a clean UK driving licence. Out of work I have a mortgage on my family home, and I am really enjoying doing home improvements.

I also really enjoy gardening. I am a family man and I enjoy riding my bike, camping and generally being outdoors. I have recently joined Gloucester Speleological Society, which is a local caving club, where I hope to volunteer for cave rescue when I'm fully trained in Single Rope Technique.

I am not one to sit around and do nothing.

Role includes asset management and auditing, use of public stores accounts, delivery and collection of goods and expo equipment, use of Microsoft suite, IT decommissions, very basic vehicle maintenance, general warehouse duties and offer help wherever I can in the building. I also have an on call requirement for the customer.

Mechanic - Evans Cycles

I started as a part time sales assistant and had this position for two months and then worked up to supervisor. I was in this role for a year and in this time did my training to be a bike builder and then worked towards my mechanic qualification. I was a mechanic for just over two years.

Farm worker - Swindon Village farm

All jobs in a farming which include lots of manual work like feeding and looking after animals, working the land in tractors, tele handlers and other large machinery, making large, barbed wire fences, selling and delivering animal feed, general maintenance of farming equipment, hosting school fates, pretty much anything else to do with farming
