During my apprenticeship I spent a month in each department and then was assigned to the Commercial department where I was assisting account managers with their day-to-day tasks. After I gained experience interacting with clients, I was responsible for running a weekly meeting and taking meeting minutes. After 6 months in the Commercial department, I transferred to the Ground Support Equipment department where I was responsible for sourcing parts for vehicles, making sure the inspections were up to date and assisting any visitors, such as inspectors or technicians, whilst they were on site.
