I am a graduate from a Russell-group University with experience in client & service sector fields. The broader scope of language-use is tied to my interest in digital applications, and I pursue improvements in quality, classification,

information structure, and natural language understanding. I am looking to bootstrap my career by working in a positive modern industry, one that is ambitious and fosters my earnest curiosity to acquire and apply new skills. My work experience has taught me how to be a proactive worker through fermenting a strong command of written and spoken Spanish & English.

square feet interior aesthetic. Applying merch presentations, restocking using state-of-the-art RFID inventory technology and maintaining good rapport with prospective buyers. All the while,

evaluating profitability for in-season sales and markdown strategies.

• Regular consultations with seniors and brand concessionaries to coordinate upcoming promotions,

community events and future trends. Thereby contributing to the store’s National Sales Award for highest sales within one month of display overhaul.

• A holistic role handling the selling & aftercare of 500+ fabrics, working alongside interior designers to offer furnishing solutions to homes and offices around the UK. Representing the department by offering face-to-face and video-link appointments with customers to offer practical measuring and technical advice.
• Liaising with a fleet of fitters & manufacturers to ensure quality and compliance standards.
• Aftersales case management & complaints resolution. Also responsible for invoicing and recording wastage figures for high-valuation bespoke items (curtains, blinds, rails etc).

• Tasked with processing returns and testing DVDs, phones, consoles, laptops and other related electronics for their condition. Carrying out warehouse business, and performing screen repairs,

storage wipes and other general maintenance.

• I have committed several months’ voluntary work for decentralised charities both in the UK and abroad by empowering other less-fortunate deserving people. Through various projects via registered charities, I’ve raised over £2000 for expeditions and donations to schools in Costa

Rica, Nicaragua and Kenya to bootstrap my interest in education and support facilities around the world

• Also I’ve fundraised for the Leeds Guide Dog Association and met with partially-sighted people through a ’MyGuide’ commitment to assist people complete day-to-day activities.
