The News Corp leadership has recruited me to implement from ground zero a Data Governance department in News UK, and I have been leading these global initiatives:

• Implement and lead Data Quality engagement within technology and the business to promote "good data good decision."
• Implementing and leading Data Governance in Customer, Finance, Procurement and HR; this initiative drove from 0 to 30 new Data Governance initiatives for News UK.
• Initiate and be the sponsor for MDM for Customer Data Domain, "know your customer"
• Initiate Data/Digital Ethics & Governance across News UK for our AI programme
• Implement and lead our Data Retention Programme across all systems in News Uk
• Implement and drive compliance (GDPR, TcF, PCI and other regulators) across News UK
• Initiate and lead TaG Governance, complying with TcF framework
• Implementing Data Governance and Data Management into our SAP S/4 Hana
• Working with Technology to implement Data Management best practices across DWH and our main source systems
• Technologies involvement (SAP S/4, SAP MDG, Salesforce, Google BigQuery, Atlan, Talend, Sourcepoint, Informatica, Sourcepoint, MonteCarlo Data Quality, Jira, Airtable)
