Mechanical Fitter / Engineer

• Maintenance & Repair: Responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of machinery and vehicles. Skilled in diagnosing mechanical faults and completing repairs efficiently to minimise downtime.

• Hydraulics & Pneumatics: Extensive experience working with hydraulic systems, including manufacturing hoses, replacing seals, repairing rams, and fault finding on complex circuits.

• Fabrication & Welding: Competent in metal fabrication, including cutting, grinding, and welding to repair components and manufacture brackets or guards.

​

• Electrical & Controls: Basic electrical installation and fault finding experience. Able to read schematics and understand control systems.

• Site Safety: Fully conversant with Health & Safety regulations, risk assessments, and safe working practices. Experienced in working in industrial environments, confined spaces, and working at height.
