With my previous experience of work, and learning how to handle professional relationships, I feel confident that I can handle a role where customer service and interaction are crucial. I enjoy taking on challenges and know that I have a level of energy and a mindset that allow me to be confident in my work and commitment to tasks. A major part of my previous work experience has been taking on the ideas of the children in my class, adapting to their requirements and collaborating in order to make their experience, as the consumer, most enjoyable.

I'm ready to work in a team within retail and hospitality and put my previous experiences to use.

Class Leader at Dance Addiction (2025-08 – Present)

• I lead a class of young children and teach them dance skills.
• I work independently during class time while leading my lessons.
• I have to make quick decisions on how to keep people interested while having fun.
• I interact with parents regularly and have close connections with some of them as I am quite a sociable person.
• I must make sure that the children are behaving while still being lenient and relaxed.

Class Assistant at Inter PAA (2024-08 – 2025-12)

• I supported the lead teacher in delivering instruction.
• I had to identify students' challenges and discuss corrective actions with the lead teacher.
• I took attendance and kept track of evaluations and paperwork.
• I supported teachers by organising materials needed for instruction.
