I am a responsible person who is keen to learn new skills, meet new people and work with the public. A highly motivated person who has had GCSE and has received good grades, has completed my A-levels and has Achieved good mark which led me to study Adult nursing in university. I am a registered nurse working on orthopaedic ward in Broomfield Hospital based in Essex and currently working as a bank staff in Kettering General hospital who is keen in learning new things.
As a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with three (3) years of experience in diverse healthcare settings, I am eager to apply for the permanent nursing position at Kettering General Hospital. Having worked extensively as a Bank Nurse within Kettering General Hospital, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of hospital protocols, patient care procedures, and the team dynamics that drive effective healthcare delivery. I am confident that my skills, experience, and passion for patient care align well with the values and high standards set by the NHS.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to providing safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. As a Bank Nurse, I have been exposed to a wide range of departments, including: Acute Medicine, Surgical Wards, Emergency Care, Medical Wards, Day assessment unit which has allowed me to become adaptable and flexible in managing a variety of clinical situations. This experience has not only honed my clinical skills but also made me proficient in quickly adjusting to different teams, working under pressure, and managing high caseloads.
I have gained significant hands-on experience in administering medications, performing assessments, monitoring patient progress, and delivering care plans in line with NHS guidelines. My experience with diverse patient groups has enhanced my ability to tailor care plans to individual needs while ensuring all clinical procedures are followed meticulously. Throughout my work, I have maintained a patient-first approach, advocating for dignity, respect, and compassion.
