My interest in Pilates began after an injury. I practised for years and loved how it increased the quality of my life and improved numerous aspects of my health.
I gained an advanced Pilates certification in 2017. I immersed myself even more deeply in my studies in plentiful other methods like therapeutic yoga, healing movement and nutrition.
My thoughtful approach honors how your body functions naturally while offering an invitation to extend that awareness to all aspects of your life from nutrition and daily routine to mindfulness and how you breathe. Through the experience of working with the hundreds of clients, I grew my method to be not just movement but also as a guide to help them manage their health holistically.
With the birth of my two daughters, I felt how necessary and healing it was to practise Pilates and I wanted to help new mothers. I’m deeply passionate about postpartum recovery including diastasis recti correction and natural birth, and I work with charitable partners who support mothers.
Influenced by my teachers, peers, environment and my travels, my aim is to bring a sense of empowerment to each of my class.
I have experience in organising holistic wellness retreats in beautiful and remote location, and I’m on a mission to spark transformation by inspiring people to integrate sustainable, healthy habits into their life.
My session is a flowing and dynamic Pilates routine with emphasis on transitions. Movements are precise and controlled but more dynamic, designed to slim figures, improve posture, balance, and build toned muscles.
Pilates is appropriate for beginners and improvers with option offered for different fitness and skills level. Be prepared to make a classic workout more intense and effective and to find muscles you never knew existed!
