I am a professional with over 35 years of experience working in health, social care and housing. I am seeking new opportunities which develop further skills, whilst using transferable skills such as assessment, complex case management, coaching people to achieve independence and live their best life etc

I am great at working under pressure and dealing with emergencies and am an extremely good problem solver. Within my working roles I recognise and value equality and diversity and am able to maintain confidence and GDPR.

I am experienced in housing management roles, and also complex case management within the support arena, and I am comfortable and experienced in dealing with safeguarding issues. I am able to utilise relevant legislation and law within my role in order to ensure best practice within the field I am working in.

I am looking for a new opportunity to stretch myself professionally, and am also open to re-training if needed for the right placement.
