I am determined to learn and I am very compassionate about gaining further experience in any environment. Volunteer - Nightingale House

I volunteered at a nursing home for my work placement for my course. I worked with residents with dementia. Volunteering at Nightingale House has really helped me to improve and develop my communication skills as I didn't have any experience prior to volunteering at the nursing home. Now I am a lot more confident with talking to residents and individuals.

• Talked to residents and encouraged them to participate in a range of activities such as painting, creating collages, and taking them to intergenerational Shabbat services
