I have over 25 years within Customer Services including administration. Currently seeking an opportunity for a career change back into the Customer Service industry from delivering education for the last 11 years.
Seeking opportunities where I can share best practice and learn new skills. I enjoy helping others and problem solving. Strong IT Skills, Communication and able to multi-task.
Throughout my career of over 20 years’ experience of working within the Public Sector, I have always lived to the pressure of daily deadlines and challenges and maintained them.
I strongly believe in providing a high standard of customer services and work quickly and effectively in doing so.
I firmly believe that my energy, drive, and enthusiasm are imparted to my colleagues, and have played a major part in enabling me to cultivate a team spirit wherever I have worked.
