The criteria of law fascinates me extensively. I am certainly intrigued by evolution within the law field also how it adapts to an ever changing society. My profession was inherited from political studies, knowledge and wisdom whilst learning the common acts of law.

• Review documents: Scrutinize legal documents and agreements for accuracy, legality, and compliance with regulations to ensure they protect the client's interests.
• Negotiate terms: Assist in negotiations during the drafting process, helping to secure favorables terms for clients.
• Court representation: Represent clients in lower courts, tribunals, and hearings for cases like divorce, personal injury, or small claims.
• Negotiate settlements: Work with opposing parties to negotiate settlements in civil disputes or out-of-court resolutions.
• Handle correspondence: Manage communication between the client, opposing parties, other solicitors, or barristers.
• Conduct research: Analyse case law, legal precedents, and statutes to build a solid foundation for cases.
• Case preparation: Prepare cases for hearings or trials, which may include gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing legal arguments.
• Provide formal legal opinions or reports, outlining potential outcomes or advising on complex legal issues.
