I'm currently finishing off my level 5 RQF while managing two jobs, which has been quite overwhelming at times. I've been in my receptionist administrator role for a long time, and I'm considering moving to a more relaxed position, possibly as an administrator. I hold a bachelor's degree in business management, focusing on leadership principles, and I even wrote a dissertation on how different leadership styles affect employee motivation.
Balancing my social life and finances has been challenging due to my work commitments, but I'm taking some time for personal reflection to figure out my goals. I am looking for further enhancement And adminstrator role or Hr roles.
