I am a Team Manager for a charity. Im in charge of over seeing clubs and warm hubs and companion calls. I also sort out transport for the clubs and do the paperwork for the clubs/hubs/companion calls we do. I also have to plan activities for the year. Also support people to join in at the clubs. I inform people that I need to do a lateral flow test which is the swabbing of their nose. I check their identification to make sure it matches my paperwork. I inform the person what is going to happenand talk them through the test. I label the test kit with all their identification. Inform the person when they need to go and wait for their results. I also have to mature their test. Before they could board the ship.

Support and assist people and children to do covid 19 test. sometimes you have to demo how to do the test as culture, language, disabities . the inform them how they will get there results and hand them paperwork that tells them what they just done and numbers to call too. show them where they have to put there test before they leave. cleaning up after every person that used the booth.

I worked at a assisted living place for people with learning disabities. I would have to report any repairs that needed doing in the flats and building and grounds too. I would also test the fire alarms was working in flats and building.

I would also have to show new people around the services we proved. I would deal with doctors, social workers, CQC, family members. Also support service user to settle in. Also do visit with services user so they fell comfortable to move into there own place.Support service user to budget there money so they could do there shopping.

Support service user with housework, going out in the community, personal care, order and given medications.
