At Croydon Libraries, I felt as though I accomplished many goals that I didn't know I could achieve.

Broomfields was an amazing bakery where I served every customer imaginable. Ranging from breakfast and lunch, to tea, cakes and bread, I was swept off my feet constantly. However, I loved the rush hours and it taught me how to multitask like never before! I made the sandwiches and soup which taught me just how much care goes into amazing customer service.

This job showed me how to communicate to the public to understand what they are exactly after. With so many options for wrapping papers and cards, at Clinton's, you have to ask many questions and be prepared to go to any lengths to find the perfect item. While working here; I kept my section of the shop tidy and clean, ordered stock that I noticed was running out, and served customers on the till.

At Woolworths, I was in charge of the entertainment department. This meant that I needed to: serve customers, order stock online, change the displays often, make returns, cash up my till, and clean my area. This showed me the important skills I needed for all of my jobs after this. I felt as though I managed multitasking well and loved helping the public.
