During my dedicated 33 years working at the Royal London Hospital, I have worked in administration and have undertaken many different roles and duties of the role, overseeing everything that falls under the umbrella of 'admin'. I prepare documents and material for courts, solicitors and public who often request medical information helping with stuff such as medical negligence cases. I also work with and beside the police where necessary and provide them with information they need on patients.
I work with immigration officers at times, assisting and helping them with their cases. I am familiar with lots of IT programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Day Text and ETR which is a medical program where we store all medical reports, results, scans etc.
