About

I am an accomplished Compliance and Quality Manager with extensive experience gained at Pinnacle PSG, where I provided regional compliance support across PFI healthcare and education contracts. In this role, I have developed and audited ISO 9001 and 14001 frameworks, acted as QFM system super-user, produced compliance reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders, and supported asset management processes including PPM planning, asset tagging, and data management. I also managed a help desk and administration team and ensured robust statutory and contractual compliance across complex, regulated environments.

Following redundancy from Pinnacle, I joined ISS as a Facilities Manager. While I enjoy the role, which has strengthened my skills in compliance monitoring, contractor performance, and reporting, I am now seeking a more challenging opportunity that will fully utilise my compliance expertise and leadership experience. I regard myself as loyal, dedicated in all I undertake.

Having gained a wealth of experience in the delivery of the customer journey and office management, been able to communicate at all levels. Striving for excellence and delivering a quality service to all external and internal customers. I am confident to work on my own initiative and contribute as part of a team to achieve results, to go the extra mile in all I undertake with a can-do positive attitude, with a flexible approach, love a challenge and to learn new skills.

Work SMART. I have received two awards for colleague of the year and outstanding contribution.
