Hello, I'm Marie. I have been in food catering/hospitality for over 7yrs. My first position was for a nursery preparing healthy meals for over 40 children. More recently (2.5yrs) I've been working at Alexandra Palace Garden Centre, working in their large cafe.
I'm also the cafe supervisor, i oversee everything in the cafe from ordering, stock rotation, dating and storing, all due diligence, staff rota's and cleaning. I'm very passionate about what i do and like to do things to a high standard. I'm reliable and punctual this is important to me.
I enjoy working with people I'm a people person. I also have a good sense of humour (so I'm told) I feel i communicate with people well especially in difficult situations. I have a level 2-3 food hygiene, i also have knowledge of food allergens.
