For the past eleven years, I have worked with the Government of Alberta, most recently with Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped (AISH) as a Disability Income Assistance Coordinator. In this role, I determine eligibility and issue financial benefits to clients with complex disabilities and health conditions throughout Alberta. Managing caseloads of up to 500 clients has strengthened my ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
