I work in a busy delivery office sorting mail and parcels into the correct order. I have to make sure all mail is in my frame correctly, and the parcels on my designated round is scanned into the PDA Ready for delivery. I do a vehicle check on the van before leaving the office for my delivery round to check the vehicle is safe to drive and report any faults if needed. I have given training to a new employee on how to use a PDA do vehicle checks and sorting mail and parcels.

Payroll Administrator - Calder Foods - Carlisle

I work in a office with eight other people that all have different jobs. I have to make sure all employees are paid the right amount of wages and on time some are weekly and others are monthly. I also input holidays on a spread sheet to keep track of employees holiday. I cover reception duties and admin duties also was training in the HR department to develop and progress in my career.

Kitchen Assistant - North Yorkshire county council - North Yorkshire

I worked alongside a team ensuring school dinners were cooked on time for the kids. We worked to a tight schedule always ensuring the high standards. During my time as a kitchen assistant I was trained in relevant health and safety to help me in my role.

Carer - Mears care

As a carer for elderly patients I travelled around to people's homes to give them the care they needed. In this role which required a lot a compassion and attention to detail I worked effectively by myself and also alongside other carers when required.
