Ensure adequate cash flow and operational registers. Manage, count, verify, and reconcile daily sales and cash transactions at registers. Personally develop and train shift employees in numerous operations areas, such as food preparation/presentation, sales, customer service, and compliance.
Work with the Lead Manager on a daily basis, tasked with providing operational reports and other documentation.
