I am currently working as a smart repairer and my jobs are to polish cars and make them look immaculate, doing specialist repair is part of the job which includes bumpers mouldings, door pads, repair, tailgate, all sort of plastic trims being repaired and repainted, also windows cracks or scratches and leather repairs too.
Admin - JLR (Jaguar Land Rover)
I have worked as a JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) admin and I was responsible for the warranty job cards, all the upgrades required by our technicians and customers. Making sure that the technicians have enough work for the day and prioritising the cars with the most days in the system.
Customer Service - Barnardo's - Corby
I worked as a customer service at Barnardo's in corby which is a charity store. Both of these jobs helped me understand how to deal with customers in different situations and circumstances, I have gathered a lot of information and experience on team work and management, and working under stress.
