• Collaborate cross functionally with data acquisition teams to design and implement targeted large scale campaigns with with the intention of improving & increasing engagement from our demographic groups, conducting thorough quantitive and qualitative analysis on final results in order to understand how to improve long term quality of data & rate of engagement, as well as the demographic balance & representation within the dataset.
• Coordinating and operating bi-weekly panel recruitment process, leading to an increase in total panel sizing by 74% year on year, collaborating cross functionally with the data acquisition teams to ensure there are relevant & targeted recruitment campaigns running as needed.
