Whilst doing my work experience in little robin's day nursery I gained a lot of confidence and also gained communication skills with communicating with the staff and the children. I enjoyed my experience here and I had met a lot of lovely people who had helped me along the way.

Volunteer - Air Ambulance charity shop - Newcastle under Lyme
Whilst doing my voluntary work in Air ambulance charity shop I have gained a lot of communication skills from engaging with the customers and staff, when they ask for help I would go over and help them with whatever they need, my confidence has gone a lot better whilst learning different tasks and I have really been enjoying doing my voluntary work here which I am still currently doing, I am learning more and more every day.
