About

With nearly three years of experience as a Teaching Assistant, I have supported both pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including children with autism on a one-to-one basis, and non-SEN pupils in small group settings. This experience has enabled me to develop strong communication, behavior management, and adaptability skills to meet the individual needs of a wide range of learners. I am committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel supported, valued, and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

I have experience delivering tailored interventions to support individual learning needs, as well as leading and supporting small group activities that encourage confidence, teamwork, and active participation. Through my role, I support children's social, emotional, academic, and physical development, helping them make progress in a safe and nurturing environment. I am patient, empathetic, and highly organized, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
