Working on a very wide range of projects throughout the years of being at UCL – Project activities such as:

• Refurbishment of Laboratories including benching detailing
• Space Planning layouts for offices, lecture theatre / teaching areas
• Producing and maintaining Record floor plans for the whole campus including BIM models with spatial data – From surveys, project consultants and contractors to ensure space standards, drawing conventions, and data classification relevant to the built environment (e.g. Uniclass)
• Creating, uploading, maintaining, and validating drawings and data within a IWMS system
• Assisting on record and project drawings for MEP & Fire

Architectural CAD Technician - Dearle and Henderson

(2002 - 2007)

Projects include school extensions and new build projects by producing and developing detailed Plans, Elevations, Sections and Technical Detail drawings from Feasibility stage to Construction Issue. Other projects include space planning and office refurbishment to two LB of Haringey's main offices. Also, other projects include Playground refurbishment and regeneration works for schools. Window replacement schemes & Residential refurbishment work.

Architectural Technician/ CAD Manager - LB of Havering

(1993 - 2001)

Progressed through the council's Training Scheme and held the position of an Architectural Technician and Acting CAD Manager. Activities and duties include:

• Full measured site surveys/ investigations – Level surveys including drainage runs and invert levels
• Producing the relevant drawings for Planning and Building Regulations and liaising with the local authority planning department (inhouse) and subsequently submitting planning applications
• Day to day running of the CAD system from servers, PC maintenance and software support
