Mark Dell

I am currently working as the Global Head of Localisation Engineering at Hogarth Worldwide, where I head up a team of global localisation engineers who are responsible for the creation of all localisation projects for the entire company. As well as managing these users and keeping an eye on the day to day, my role is more focused on helping the client get the most out of the Translation Management System, for which I am the administrator. This includes running demos on how to effectively use the tool, or listening to the client’s needs and building a workflow that best suits their requirements. This then is rolled out via online training sessions and user manuals that I create. My role is client facing, so I am very comfortable having discussions with clients and then transferring those discussions into technical plans for our TMS.

I am looking for a new challenge, and to learn something new. I have developed a lot of core skills over the years at Hogarth, and now it is time to apply this to a new area.
