I’ve been working in the catering industry for over 30 years, specializing in procurement and cost control. Now I'm looking for a complete career change and willing to work hard to learn any new role.
I’ve had the pleasure to work for some of the worlds most renowned restaurant and hotel groups, such as Schrager Hotels (now Morgan’s Group), D&D London to name a few.
I’ve also worked with some of the world’s most well know chefs, Thomas Keller, John Torode, Galvin Brothers, Richard Corrigan and many more Michelin star chefs.
I pride myself on hard work and attention to detail, ensuring any negotiating deals are thoroughly checked from start to finish. I passionate about ethical responsibility and ensure any contracts I complete are in line with this value where possible.
I also like to ethically source produce and help the local communities where possible.
