Responsible for the effective management of the PX Gas Plant SIP Maintenance and projects including planning and co-ordination of the workforce to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.

• Compilation and review of risk assessments and method statements for all SIP disciplines including the need for confined space and working at height rescue plans.
• Support in detailing best practice for scaffold which have a need for design element and advising client of this requirement.

Scaffolding Projects Manager - Pyeroy - North-East area

Responsible for Scaffolding Projects within the North-East area based in oil and gas fabrication yard and various local chemical plants.

• Management of crews ensuring timekeeping and productivity was in line with project requirements and schedule.

• Ensuring the efficient maintenance works on all sites, including maintaining scaffolding supplies and labour resources.
• Budgetary Controls and responsibility over specific administrative projects.

CITB/CISRS Advanced Scaffolder / Chargehand - Cape Industrial Services - Altrad

I was employed as an CITB/CISRS advanced scaffolder on the new construction of a Gas Plant BP CATS TERMINAL. Employed as chargehand, I was responsible for ensuring the team carried out all scaffolding activities in safe manner adhering to all safety regulations.

Basic Scaffolder - PX Teesside

(1995-01 - 1996-12)

I was employed as a Basic scaffolder on the new construction of a gas plant PX Teesside Gas processing plant.

• Work along side an Advanced scaffolder erecting / dismantling and modifying every type of scaffold what was needed from simple scaffolds to Design scaffolds.
