In most recent years I have been a mobile cleaning supervisor in settings such as offices, schools and other educational provisions. I am a highly motivated individual with many years of managerial experience. All the skills I have gained during my time in retail can be transferred to any role and used to the best of my ability. I work to a very high standard and adapt well to any situation given. I can remain calm under pressure whilst staying positive until my goals are reached.

Mobile Cleaning Supervisor at North Yorkshire Council (2022-11 – Present)

Working for NYC as a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, I am required to provide cover in the absence of a Cleaner, Site Supervisor, Caretaker or Cleaning Supervisor. Travelling within an area, I usually visit multiple sites mornings and evenings, as required, under the supervision of the Area Managers. I have caretaking and cleaning duties including the opening and closing of buildings and minor repairs.

In addition to this I would supervise the cleaning staff working at the various locations through monitoring their areas, dealing with any issues promptly and feeding back to management as required, as well as accommodating requests of the school staff.

Cleaning Supervisor at MJF Group (2018-07 – 2022-11)

Working as a cleaning supervisor in charge of ten team members at Darchem engineering. Cleaning offices, staff areas and toilets etc. This includes team training and all health and safety aspects of the role.

Manager at Fulton's Foods (2014-06 – 2018-07)

I had the role of General Manager at Fulton's Foods where I was in charge of a team of seven employees. Responsibilities cover all aspects of running the store, including all Employee HR, sales forecasting, ordering and warehousing duties. Also I was required to have basic IT skills to assist back office duties. I pride myself on my customer service and standards within the store, keeping the store neat and tidy and working like clockwork.

Cleaning Operative at Initial Cleaning Company In between being self employed I worked for Initial Cleaning Company for the period of 1 year, 6 months on the road as a relief cleaner and a further 6 months as a supervisor in Makro Stockton On Tees. I supervised 8 staff on a day to day making sure High standards are kept in store at all times.

Running of the store on a daily basis; responsibility of staff recruitment, managing and training staff, stock and order control, customer care, waste control, achieving profitability, ensuring store complies with Trading Standards and Environmental Health Regulations and cash handling e.g. tills, banking and weekly accounts.
