I am trained in all aspects of landscaping and maintenance and also sports surfaces and lawn work. I have 30 years comprehensive experience in all areas of the horticultural industry: grounds maintenance, landscape installation, grounds renovation, arboriculture and groundsmanship at various levels and some maintenance / construction - 12 of which have been spent at supervisory/ management level. I have worked on both commercial and private contracts.

I have good practical skills, a strong work ethic and pride myself on consistently delivering a quality service in a safe manner. I achieve this by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and motivating staff and with strong customer liaison skills, followed by ongoing contract appraisal. Also, I have proven financial and business acumen and take a calm, level approach to everything I undertake.
