Main Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Head of Commercial for the Jacobs TC&I Operating Unit
• Responsible for a Commercial Team of Commercial and Contract Managers
• Involved in all full cycle of projects from Tendering to project completion
• Operating Unit Legal Counsel
• Upskilling the OU in Commercial and Business Acumen
• Working with Central Jacobs to ensure standardized Pricing
• Working with the OU to enhance Margins
• Ensure robust governance and ensuring the OU will pass internal and external Audit
• Government single source advisor (also a member of the SSRO Operational Working Group)
• Review and negotiation of various types of Contract and Agreements
• Dispute resolution
• Governance approver for tenders, contracts, and most other agreements
