- Opening and closing of the clubhouse making sure the alarms are set and the clubhouse secure
- Serving members and guests to drinks making sure the bar is well stocked and the beer lines are cleaned weekly
- Making sure food is available on a daily basis and also functions including match meals, funerals, christening and weddings are catered for
- Cleaning of the clubhouse, kitchen, toilets and cellar
- Ordering all drinks and food making sure the bar is stocked and add new lines if necessary
- Cashing up on a daily basis checking that cash and credit both tally up
- Greeting members and guests in a friendly and professional manner making sure they have a good experience
- Liaising with the board, members and guests to check that everything runs smoothly

I ran the catering franchise for Hollywood Golf Club
- Catering for the day to day requirements of the members and guests with a daily menu consisting of sandwiches, baguettes, jacket potatoes, breakfasts and homemade specials
- Serving hot and cold food for the A and B team and also catering for society groups
- Starting Sunday lunches and a Friday fish night, both being very popular
- Managing staff training and rotas and cleaning rotas, making sure everything was up to date and complied with current legislation
- Helping out on the bar and cellar maintenance and done relief work when the steward was away

I ran a successful Edwardian Tearoom within a Countryside Craft Centre.
- Organising all menus as the main chef from Ladies afternoon high teas, breakfasts, homemade English fayre specials and scones and homemade sponge cakes
- Introducing special function evenings including popular Italian, curry, steak and fish nights which were pre booked and always sold out
- Gaining a five star Health and Hygiene Certificate
