About

I have spent the last 5 years working in hospitality starting out as a hostess, for a year taking phone calls, managing the booking system and looking after customer questions. Furthermore, working as a waitress tailoring myself to customer needs, presenting myself with a smile and maintaining good customer relationships with all of my regulars. In the final 2 years of working I have been bartending, learning new skills and responding to a dynamic and fast paced environment, while of course still painting good value in my work and presentation.

I am very committed to my team and will always go above and beyond to make sure things are running smoothly behind the scenes. I like to create memorable experience for all those I come into contact with, and carry myself with confidence. I am detail-oriented and capable of learning new skills quickly and effectively, with good memory ability to put new skills into practice.

Working as a hostess dealing with phone calls, the booking and placement system making sure we have an optimal schedule, making sure the evening runs smoothly without falter, in quiet times and over busy and busting Christmas periods. Explaining allergy details when necessary, dealing with delivery issues, and handling general inquires or complaints.
Working as a waitress in assisting my coworkers when their sections needed orders to be taking or amendments to be made to dishes or drinks they have received, and communicating back to the kitchen or bar. While also making sure my customers were comfortable and fully waited on.
