Martin Byfield

I have years of experience in a supervisor and project management role. I am highly motivated and a detail-oriented individual with a track record of delivering complex and large-scale projects in my current role within the telecoms industry. I currently manage over 25 new build sites and help supervise another 40 for project engineers.

One of these sites is the iconic Octagon in the Centre of Birmingham. I am results and solution driven which has allowed me to flourish in my current role. I oversee the training of our new starts in my area and cover the advice and technical support to our third-party contractors.

KPIs are a big indicator of the right first time approach, this is what I strive towards personally and how I motivate others around me. Motivating others comes easily to me and this is proven with the success I have achieved both personally and with my team. I have worked in a few industries during my working career and health and safety is of great importance to both myself and others.

I have also successfully completed my SMSTS qualification.
