Responsible for the overall management of the manufacturing & distribution facility, including Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Production, engineering, and warehousing processes. - Successfully increased productivity within the manufacturing department, whilst reducing head count and ensuring a consistent production flow throughout the factory, making the company profitable year on year.
- Set up a warehouse and distribution operation that has seen vast improvements in terms of meeting KPI's, such as reduction in overdue orders, picking and processing errors, customer returns and company credits.
- Largely improved H&S with the introduction of risk assessments and SWI's, and a program of implementing safety upgrades around all aspects of the business, to meet legislation and maintain team morale, support for new projects.
