i hold two diplomas, one in literature and one in history, but spent my active years working in catering or logistics. im an excellent bicycle courier, a good barista, an okay chef and a questionable manager.

i had my own business, a night bar with a small kitchen and a student cafe, and in theory i have also cycled around the globe a few times while delivering packages.

i have two diplomas, one in history and one in literature. i was specialized in the alternative political movements in Hungary inbetween the two world wars and also how eastern philosophies influenced modern hungarian literature. i also hold an adult training haccp chef qualification.
