I am a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic Level 3 Health and Social Care student who is eager to begin a career in retail and customer service. Through my studies and a 100-hour work placement at Currergate Care Home, I have developed excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills while working in a professional environment. I enjoy interacting with people, providing excellent service and working as part of a team to achieve shared goals.

I am a friendly, approachable and motivated individual who is always willing to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities. I understand the importance of being punctual, organised and dependable, and I pride myself on maintaining a positive attitude even in busy or challenging situations. My work placement has strengthened my confidence, patience and ability to work with people from different backgrounds while remaining respectful and professional at all times.

During my work placement, I gained valuable experience working alongside experienced care professionals in a busy environment. This opportunity helped me develop confidence, responsibility and practical workplace skills while supporting residents with compassion and respect.
