With several years of experience in customer service environment I have always creation passion to learn and I have climbed the ladder success. I had different roles and various position especially fast-pace work environment. I believe I would be an excellent addition to your team.
I have a keen ability to handle difficult situations, strong IT and administration skills, and plenty of experience when it comes to providing professional service. Recently I have passionately showcased my abilities to perform street duties as a Police officer in Metropolitan Police Service’s mission.
During my tenure as Police Officer, Greggs manager and as a Subway restaurant manager I demonstrated excellent communication skills and business strategies. I worked for customers’ satisfaction and for the reputation of the company therefore I was promoted to floating manager position in Greggs company. I always put my customer first and worked to resolve any issues that might arise.
Most of all, I love working with people because I am a friendly person who can easily develop rapport with the stakeholders, customers and colleagues.
I have successfully completed manager’s diploma in the operations of a Subway restaurants.
