Working at clearabee involves driving a lwb Luton style 3.5 tonne van at the start of the day I will do my vehicle checks and take pictures all around the vehicle and reporting any damage/defects that arise during the vehicle checks I will be given a list of jobs to complete at the begging of the day via an app on my phone which will involve bulk waste collections driving round Kent and the outskirts of Kent when I arrive to each job I must take before and after pictures of the work carried out when the van is at weight/full I will then go to a local tip and remove all the waste that I have collected into the correct area this job involves me talking to customers when getting to the job with them explaining what is being taken away going into customers houses if the removal is inside there house being careful not to damage/mark anything in there property and also being polite and making the job nice and comfortable for the customer making sure they are happy with the work carried out
Driver/Loader at SUEZ (2025-07 – Present)
This job involves driving a caged 3.5t van on my set round which includes changing litter bins sweeping path ways making sure they are safe and clear to walk along digging out which involves taking up weeds/dirt from the curb side with a hoe sweeping leafs when it's the season for them to fall when the van is full going to the tip and tipping the van in the correct bay at the start and end of shift doing online checks via a hand held device around the van and noting any defects if there is any also keeping the van clean and tidy inside and out with having set wash day once a week using a pressure washer making sure the van is presentable at all times

Working here I have changed engines gear boxes clutches brakes serviced cars changed door locks recovered vehicles had a lot of communication with customers and handled payments with customers as well as writing out receipts for customers

In this job I have responsibilities of doing goods in marking the products up and then putting them away picking and packing orders when something goes wrong looking into the issue as quickly as possible and then getting it ready to be picked and packed as quickly as possible and making sure the packaging is to the customers standard for when delivered shipping order when orders are packed up and ready to be sent off we have to get the invoice and put it with the correct order then label it up ready for the courier to collect it and deliver to the customer all of these jobs are to be done as quickly as possible to the best standard and in a time scale so that all orders are sent off at the end of the day it has taught me to work under pressure and the key to perfection while working as a team with the other warehouse staff helping other people when needed and offering help where I can see it's needed

When I was doing this job it was through an agency with hrgo in this job I was packing up the staffs lunch bags and then when they were ready to deliver we would all then deliver the lunch bags to all the wards around the hospital when everything was done we would clear down the our working area and then sort out our work for the next day so we was prepared and ready to start in the mornings if I had finished my work and had time left I would help the chef prepare breakfast for the next if I saw a patient that was struggling to find where they were going I would always stop and give them as much help as I could I it was great to see that I had made someone's day a little easier and to see how greatfull they were for my help I have learnt a lot from working here with making good communication skills with other people working under pressure everyday working out what do when something goes wrong and finding the best way to solve the problem as quick as possible
