I have worked in the construction industry for 10 years and feel that I am ready to take the next step in expanding my career.

I am experienced in dealing with both trades and management at all levels as well as members of the public.

• Opening the site and ensuring that the facilities are fit for purpose and prepared for use
• Site key holder and first point of contact for out of hours security issues
• Ensuring all vehicles making deliveries are safely banked off the public highway onto site in a timely & safe manner, and advising drivers of site rules
• Greeting visitors to site ensuring they are signed in, wearing the correct PPE and are aware of site rules
• Dealing with members of the public to minimise the risk to their safety during relevant works

• Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Green Card Holder (valid until July 2028)
• Level 1 award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment
• ITSSAR (Independent Training Standards Scheme and Register) Accredited Vehicle Banksman Certificate
