❖ Collaborate with Schroders to provide clients with top-tier financial guidance on private banking products and work effectively with Financial Advisors, Branch Managers, Branch staff, and Product partners;
❖ Demonstrate expert knowledge of various financial products and analyse financial and collateral information to determine creditworthiness;
❖ Engage with Financial Advisors, clients, and associates during securities-based lending;
❖ Use standard office equipment and necessary software to create various documents;
❖ Display excellent business development and marketing skills, consistently achieving top revenue results;
❖ Demonstrate positive initiative and leadership in a fast-paced work environment;
❖ Efficiently manage transactions while maintaining relationships with Financial Advisors and clients;
❖ Organise and manage multiple tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines, making recommendations for policy and procedure changes as necessary.
