Throughout my professional experience, I have worked in various customer-focused industries, including optical retail, events management, and outdoor adventure. I played a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of Warwick University graduation ceremonies, maintained safety standards while assisting customers at Go Ape, and provided excellent customer service by meeting contact lens needs to a high standard at Specsavers.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing at Nottingham Trent University, with a focused ambition to build a career in Digital Marketing. I have previously achieved Level 2 qualifications in Business Studies and Engineering, graduating with Distinction, Distinction, Merit.
