Supporting Goods In by scheduling deliveries and collections from suppliers and Rexel branches. I led the testing and implementation of the Rexel Inbound CMS, which enabled suppliers and branches to book in their deliveries themselves, without the need for any interaction with the Inbound Coordinator. This saved Rexel time and money.

Supporting the Stock and Systems Supervisors at the Aylesbury Distribution Centre, I performed on-floor stock counts, investigate stock discrepancies, complete stock re-locations and keep the Warehouse Management System (WMS) up to date & accurate.

• Configuration and maintenance of the WMS ensuring stock, space and planning optimisation is accurate to achieve a high level of service
• The provision of support for warehouse operatives for WMS related queries and triage issues before logging defects with IT
• Planning and controlling the transfer of stock between all locations ensuring that the correct date rotations are met
• Ensuring layout maintenance, housekeeping processes and health checks are completed in line with the agreed schedules
• Coordinating cycle counting disciplines and producing analytical data from the results that identifies trends and recommends corrective action

Production Planner (Contract) - IPRO Solutions

Utilising my extensive planning background, I was engaged by IPRO to create the pivotal role of Production Planner for their consumer and industrial electronics manufacturing arm. Answering directly to the Production Manager, I was key to the effective scheduling all production within the company. These products included electric car charging points, bearing wear sensors for railway rolling stock, high powered LED floodlights and Post Office security boxes.

The charging points are IPRO's biggest contract and demand has escalating significantly, my role became critical to maintaining their supply chain. Effective planning has saved IPRO time, money and improved customer confidence in IPRO's services

I was brought into Williams Advanced Engineering to assist with the annual Christmas Audit and yearly stock count. Kept on into the New Year, I now perform all general stores duties, including receipting, locating and despatching goods.
